- you don’t need to ‘save yourself’
- YOUR WORTH IS NOT LESSENED WHEN YOU HAVE SEX
- having sex does not make you any less ‘pure’
- having sex does not make you ‘dirty’ or ‘damaged’ or ‘used
- there’s no goddamn reason to wait until marriage to have sex
- unless you choose to
- in which case, that’s your prerogative
- but please take a moment to read this
- also, while we’re here:
- sex is not limited to the heteronormative traditional idea of ‘penis in vagina’
- oral sex is still sex.
- manual sex is still sex.
- anal sex is still sex
- sex is two (or more) people engaging in consensual sexual activity and/or getting each other off.
- VIRGINITY IS A MADE-UP SOCIAL CONSTRUCT
- having sex or not having sex should be YOUR choice and YOURS ALONE
- you dont have to pledge to remain a virgin until marriage or wear a purity ring or anything like that
- UNLESS YOU MAKE THAT CHOICE WITHOUT ANY OUTSIDE INFLUENCES BY DOING YOUR READING AND MAKING A 100% INFORMED DECISION. BY YOURSELF.
- you can:
- have a lot of sex
- don’t have any sex at all
- have a lot of partners
- only have sex with people you love
- remain a virgin until marriage
- YOUR. CHOICE.
- don’t let any one tell you what to do. its not their virginity. its yours
- also, virginity is a made-up social construct.
- and one last time: having sex does not make you any less of a person, it does not make you less pure or dirty, it does not affect your worth in any way.
